Family Fun RV Rentals does not sell, indulge or participate in the selling of any personal information; all information is used for business purposes only.

Cancellation Policy

Processing fee is non-refundable. If you must cancel your reservation and it is more than 30 days from the rental period start date you are entitled to a full refund minus the processing fee. If you must cancel your reservation within 30 days from the rental period start date you forfeit 100% of your reservation deposit.

Rescheduling Policy

If you must reschedule your reservation, and it is more than 30 days from rental date, you will receive a credit minus Processing Fee (non-refundable). If you need to reschedule reservation and it’s less than 16 days from rental period, you will forfeit total amount paid, NO EXCEPTIONS. You must notify Family Fun RV Rentals of your desired date to reschedule, the deposit that you placed toward your cancelled reservation will be applied to your rescheduled reservation excluding processing fee. You have twelve months from original rental period start date to utilize your credit. Please note holiday and/or peak rates/fees may be applied to your rescheduled reservation.

Refundable Damage Deposit Policy

The RV rental damage deposit covers the costs incurred in the event of missing and/or damaged items inside or outside of the travel trailer including tires damage for driving over the 70 mph speed limit. The damage deposit will also cover cleaning fees in the event the travel trailer is not returned clean, holding tank, unauthorized pet fee or smoking fee. Upon return of travel trailer, Family Fun RV Rentals will conduct a full inspection and will refund damage deposit minus incurred fees within 10-15 business days.
